Well that is a sore subject with me. Best friend for years and years and the one who connected me up owning Island property with a famous French man.

Ken a super guy super salesman super people person who did give the shirt off of his back to people in need. He was married 11-12 tymes to terrific women and I met 9 or 10. He ended up dying from liver fail re Alcohol. Imagine that and fact that ex's still loved the guy and he tried to keep up with all those x inlaws.

Not currently. He died. So property is now jointly owned with his family that continues to grow and grow and French law is is is.

And no he was not a friend in the common sense of the word friend. Met him and got talked into buying in on his fav place to dive and hang. Over all ends up as not so good an investment but it sure looked like it at the tyme. So limited Business friendship.

AND Its not in Fiji!
