Mead with fruit, generally berries. I don't have enough of a supply of blackberries so I have to use extract. That also means adding nutrients for the yeast since honey is hard for them to digest, don't need it if you can add real fruit, but you also get natural yeasts on the fruit which may or may not taste any good.
Haven't made it before, but it is pretty simple and I can use my fermenters, long term storage, and bottling equipment from winemaking.

My bro put sultanas in his mead. It was good shit. Didn't clear very well, but was more like a liqueur than I was expecting.
