Get some quality ear buds or even headphones with those really nice pads to block out powerful stuff and put on some Brahms.

I've been telling him to go to the doctor. It is such a dumb slow process. He did the thing where he sleeps somewhere and the doctor watches lol. Like a month ago. WHAT NEXT?!?!? jesus fuck

Ducky, does he sleep on his back or on his side? Sleeping on your back makes you snore. If he's on his back, does rolling him his side work? And also why's his wife sleep through it? Snoring does make your sleep really bad so you wanna google "snoring cures" and have him try them. Usually it's sleeping on the back.

My dad has got things you put in your mouth they dont work

Has he tried the stuff on his head like breathe right strips, and some chin strap?

I can't tell from here why he snores. If he didn't used to then something changed. Weight gain? Medications? I don't know. He probably would.

A cheap alternative to those expensive pillows for snoring is to try two pillows under his head, might tilt it at an angle so he doesn't snore.

@223,324 (ducky !LZ0E5ojVGY)
I recommend first try two pillows underneath his head to raise it up. Maybe his pillows got flat.

A doctor also has to figure out if it's sleep apnea.

dunno.
I got one of those fancy pillows as a gift that's $100 and supposed to be really good. It's simply mostly just a lot thicker than a regular pillow. I have a normal pillow beside it and the normal one is flat in comparison.

If you can't sleep, and don't wanna play SIMS, this video is worth watching.
