I think exploring physical sexual desires can be done meditatively and can be part of the experience.
Mindfulness teaches you to analyse all your sensory inputs and I think that can be followed through to sex.
Tantric sex has long been considered a spiritual thing.
Things such as fetishes, fantasies, etc ... they would have to be overcome but I only really indulge in them as a creative outlet.

It is a hard path brother.
There are many things to overcome and I'm slowly getting there.
There are circumstances even the staunchest of monks concede to. A monk cannot leave a family when he is the one they rely on.
