You MUST spend the rest of your life in ONE of these places. You may take with you anything that will afford a lifestyle that is common/typical to that place. In other words, you cannot choose one and be a multi-billionaire king there. You must live as the average resident of that place. You may NEVER leave the place. So, where would you choose to spend the rest of your life?

In Pyongyang I would be fed, have a qt asian wife, have children and live in a socialist land.
I'm in the crown of the country so I don't have any rural North Korean issues.
