I only played the original SIMS and in that one, there were just 4 character sliders. One of them was bladder. Since the way time was sped up, it took a whole day to walk to the other side of the house so you had to set the bladder meter rather high or they'd piss themselves, then cry, then stink, and their home would get flies. It was a downward spiral and ruined the SIM's life.

Since Chris-chan wears adult diapers because he has the bladder control of a baby, is there a bladder setting in the new version of the SIMS?

No, there are settings for aging, weather/seasons, supernaturals, and autonomy though.
And I never actually played the Kimmo sim before. I'd have to get the hair piece I used for it.
