so i hadnt eaten and hadnt slept at all (forbidden combo<\3) and took my adderal at morning (for ADHD) a few hours went by and i sat at my dining room table drawing for the whole day and went upstairs and watched tv ang got hungry so i went downstairs but i became very very scared because i kept seeing shit move and footsteps and overlapped whispering to the point where i started to cry but when i got back to my room it stopped

The doctor could probably run tests to see if you're low or high on anything but personally I've just slept better the next night and the vision issues cleared up for me in the past.
