It’s not how many people that die that counts, it’s how scary those deaths are that counts. Nobody cares if 2 out of 3 deaths are either cancer or heart failure, plane crashes make headlines, old people in hospital beds don’t.

Also, if you tell a handful of people they’re all gonna die from cancer, chances are, you’re probably going to be right. It’s a good insult to go with because it is statistically probable that they could die from cancer.
