Maybe tteh and the other mods are just Shinigami. Bored of enforcing a standardized set of rules so they just watch anything occur as a means to cure their boredom?

Maybe. I don't go in there much anymore. But to let some priest want to be faggot ruin the place seems a bit absurd just because you're bored. The place was way better off without him.
