Namely, I don't like this rule:

If the subject's dox are of public interest, e.g. the subject is a well-known spammer, then posting it is allowed.

So you're telling me that it's okay to dox people of public interest like famous spammers? Why? Is it to punish them? How's that going to solve anything?

I'm very much against punishment, but at least make the punishment solve the problem. Please don't tell me that you believe it does. If that's not the case then please educate me.

Basically it's a clause to allow for the posting of Kimmo's dox, back when he was still relevant. It's meant to deter people from spamming in the first place because they don't want to have their dox revealed and risk potential reprisal, rather than to actually encourage anyone to use dox to exact reprisal against someone for spamming.
