To say that there are no pros or cons is lazy.

You can become a known member like many others, which makes it easier to communicate ideas and arguments to you personally. Anon posting is great and all and really is the only way to go on most chans, but this is a smaller community with a history of namefagging greatness. When you namefag you truly attach a personality to your posts instead of just being nobody. Whether you want to have a name or not is up to you, but just know that even proxy using anon samefags get caught.

I enjoy meeting new namefags. Despite my name I am not the embodiment of all namefagging.

I use this name from the anime/manga Detective Conan. It had a interesting run on US TV, so there is a small chance you've heard of it. It's kinda cool when people recognize the name. I don't need recognition, but it's a nice side effect of using the name.

Well you are only perpetuating the stigma of anonfags being self-entitled "purists" who are resentful of namefags for no reason. This isn't fucking 4chan from 2006, this is tinychan, namefags have made this site what it is. You cannot deny On or Krodan or Link or Blynd's contributions, while no or very few anons are recorded being of any help besides whining about namefags. It's not a whine it's a fact, namefags are the source of drama.
