Haha I did that with Skyrim for a bit when I first got it. Played for like 8 hours straight my first time playing, hoarding literally everything I could get my hands on. I had night terrors that night about hoarding and accidentally forgetting to grab a plate or a bucket or what have you, resulting me in waking up in cold sweat multiple times. The next day I was driving down a country road and kept thought I was seeing mountain flower clumps in place of whatever tall grass or bushes were actually there. I stopped playing Skyrim for a while after that, I'll have to look and see if I still have those screenshots.
