L-Tyrosine (dopamine and adrenaline precursor, aids thyroid hormone production which increases mood and cognitive performance)
GABA (as a co-factor of L-Tyrosine improves dopamine neurotransmitter transport)
L-Trytophan (more commonly known as 5-HTP; seretonin and norepipherine precursor)
L-Glutamine (shown to boost the IQ scores of schizophrenic patients by a whole standard deviation)
Selenium (useful chelator of toxic metals such as cadmium, calcium, lead, etc.)
Vitamin B1, B3, and B12, all at megadoses
(B6 and B9 contrary to popular belief are neurotoxins; the former by increasing intracranial pressure, the latter by concealing anaemia while encouraging neuroblastoma by displacing B12: avoid)
Cayenne Pepper
Green Tea
Rhodalia Rosea (colloquially Golden Root; the rosavins are known for MAOI-inhibiting action, alleviating depression and/or inducing hypomania, which boosts cognitive performance, also balances blood serum cortisol, working as a stress adaptogen)
I do take others but this is off the top of my head. I used to dismiss this stuff as quackery until it worked for me.
Some of these are swell but lrn2nootropics.

These nootropics have very temporary effects which wear off once you wean off them, virtually no permanent impression on the neurostructure; it seems like a cheap attempt by Jewish psychiatry to fashion itself into the alchemy of productivity as opposed to just the alchemy of indifference and docility.

Try Piracetam and Choline as a substitute for meth and call me in a couple weeks.
Sounds like a whole lot of trouble.
If you can gives some papers backing any of this up I'll consider it.
