Isn't Hamburger U for managerial positions? Heck, if it's free, and the jobs are secure and pay decent money, it's a good alternative to trade school and college.

Ya might (call ahead) and visit at low work load hours and talk to a manager who has attended. Maybe a few in your area.
Might be a major advantage to work at such a place first but managers can fill you in on such.
