I've had moments in the past couple years where death really doesn't seem so bad.
I guess as you get older, you just don't fear death as much as when you're young. At least for me.

I think modern medicine in general has toned down the 'gloom' and pain factor of most standard procedures so that it's not so difficult to process anymore.
