Don't we all? I mean that's what gets most people into occultism/astrology/etc in the first place. They want a sense of control over their environment. The only way to get control over your environment is to take what actions you can to improve your situation but the most important skill is adaptability, there will always be variables outside of your control. Prayers and such do very little apart from perhaps to pacify a feeling of unease or helplessness.

If she wants stability she needs to examine herself, her lifestyle, and her environment and find out what's rocking the boat. Unfortunately even if you're pretty well grounded reality can throw you for a loop sometimes, even if you take every precaution afforded to you.

Besides life would be boring if we really could divine the future or get otherworldly guidance. Trust your gut feeling and do what feels right within reason.

Even if she became a hermit in some remote mountain to avoid the chaos of modern life, nature would still fuck up her day from time to time.

There are only two certainties in life I know of and those are change and death.
