This is what I don't understand about this whole mess, they are locking up native Britons for saying mean things on twitter yet you have these foreign born clerics openly preaching war against their guest country and no legal ramifications erupt from it.

Lack of equal treatment (regardless of religion or anything else).
When there are people that are allowed to wander around with placards calling for beheadings with no consequence while others go to jail for Facebook stuff, I think the point is fair. It's basically saying "their hate speech doesn't count" so they can get away with it.
