1. Hitting regular sized gummy bears with a crossbow is a pain.
2. Gummy bears do not need to be baptized with lighter fluid if you're using a BenzOmatic TS4000.
3. Regular sized gummy bears do not stand up very well to high powered rifle rounds and finding them afterwards can be tedious.

There is still hope (although if there's ever a gummy bear uprising I think lawn mowers will be more practical than most projectile weapons). The torch worked well for the sacrifice and hopefully the larger gummy bears will hold out a little better to being shot. I'm studying their anatomy for potential weak points but I will avoid targeting those for the first few trials.

I'll update it later tonight with a little new gore and then hopefully have some of the larger gummy bears soon so I can shoot them or preform more extensive surgery.

I found some leftover bottle rockets from a few years ago in the bottom of one of my tool chests and just removed the top (you can still see the fuse). Sparklers may have been interesting but I think his infernal majesty was pleased all the same.

Yeah, that's what I meant. Fireworks are illegal in my state, so I'm not too familiar with what everything is called. I just recognized the red sticks that were always on the ground after 4th of July when I lived in another state.

Ah gotcha. Used to be you'd have to go to AL to get decent fireworks but now you can get plenty of things to blow off your hand with here in FL (it's a recent change though). Still the only decent place to use them near me is the place I zero in my rifles and while they let me get away with bump firing (simulating automatic weapons fire using the guns recoil) they're not to keen on me blowing stuff up. I wanted to blow up a car but couldn't get the green light. :/
