Jan forgot to pay the bill (again)
basically jan hasn't been admin since 2010 but he kept to domain alive for sentimental reasons I guess. when the current admin resurrected tc, he bought the .net domain to prevent downtime in case something like this happened, so for the last 10 years .org has been redirecting to .net
