so for my context:
i am not sure where to start changing my routine in terms of self improvement.
i would not call my daily life a routine full experience. my life is a mess as i said.
so let's say my starting point is a basic template, just the basic needs.
what should i add to the routine/which point of the day i start modifying from?
or what is your routine like? i am so alienated from society that i don't even know.
so i would gladly like to know you readers routines, since i don't know how to form one for myself without any idea.
google is not helping at all, artificial intelligence is trash.
also, if you list the routine, please format it to know when it is morning and midday, night for you.
you don't need to explain further, just what your day looks like.
