I'm trying to improve my life by having a notebook which I write in it multiple times a day. Things to do, things I've done. It's not a magical device, you still need to actually do stuff. Initially I just wrote about 3-4 lines a day. Then it was half a page. I got it up to a full page, today I am doing for the first time 2 pages a day.
There's something wrong with me. I do the wrong things and I don't do the right things. I don't know what is causing that. My notebook definitely helps.
