I don't recall ever mentioning A1 except when I said anyone who fell for the STEM meme has been rendered obsolete, but since it's topical I'm inclined to condemn A1 on the whole as well. It should've been tested in a controlled setting with trained 'volunteers' instead of letting just anyone be a crash test dummy.
