the illusion that fulfillment has to be earned through grinding and competing. That worth is something external, proven by wins or by being "better" than someone else. That just being — existing, breathing, feeling — isn't enough without "achievements" stacked on top. I'm not checking out on life but i'm opting out of the game. i'm unsubscribing so to speak. If thats the closest to the "truth" then I'm exactly where I need to be and thats fine by me. At this point I dont have much else to say except it feels nice because I understand and I didn't waste time reading a bunch of self help books or watch videos to come to this.
