The White House doesn't even understand why we run trade deficits, that we import more than we're able to export cos we are the largest consumer. They're not concerned with increasing exports but reducing imports while consumers get fleeced, but enough about the collapse... This White House is anti intellectual. R&D can resume after we crawl from the rubble.
