For Mecha, maybe up the mana cost a little more and sacrifice all non-wall creatures you control. Possibly make it a black/red creature.
For Catzilla, lower it to 7/11 and increase mana by 1. Ignoring damage is typically a white thing, so maybe make it red/white instead of red/blue.
